Accommodation and tariff All forty-three bedrooms at the Green Acres have private en-suite facilities to ensure your comfort. Bedroom services include: colour television, radio, direct dial telephone, tea and coffee making facilities, hair dryer, trouser press, room service, laundry and dry cleaning. Accommodation types available: twin, double, single and family rooms plus a number of "Patio Rooms" with direct access to the swimming pool. At Green Acres Hotel children are most welcome. Green Acres is a fully non smoking hotel.

	Twin and Double Room rates are on a per person basis and include full English Breakfast. Family Room accommodation is for a maximum of 4 people and the quoted price excludes breakfast. Full English Breakfast - Price is per person per day. Adults: £9.00. Children 6 - 9 years: £4.50. Patio Rooms - Patio and Superior Room rates available on request.. Half Board - supplement £16.00 per person per day. (£13.00 per person if taken daily during your entire stay over 2 days). Half Board Supplement Children (6-9 years) subject to 50% reduction. Car Rental - Green Acres is able to offer guests a preferential rate for all types of vehicles from the Ford KA to a Sporty Cabriolet. Just advise us of the type of vehicle you require and we will make all the arrangements for the vehicle to be collected at the airport or harbour. Extra Beds - £12.00 daily excluding breakfast. Single Occupancy - A supplement will apply for twin rooms sold for single occupancy. Deposits - A non-refundable deposit of £35.00 per person will be requested when making the reservation. Holiday Travel Insurance - is strongly recommended when planning your Channel Island holiday. See cancellations. Cancellations - In the event of cancellation any unsold accommodation may be charged for as follows: 21 to 30 days - Deposit only 15 to 21 days - 35% of total stay 1 to 14 days - 50% of total stay Day of arrival or earlier - Full cost of stay. No allowances can be taken for temporary absence or meals not taken if the room is occupied later than the date booked or vacated before the departure date booked.
